This private-public initiative was created to empower and train entrepreneurs of color from underserved communities across the state of California. Objectives include:
To empower and train entrepreneurs of color from underserved communities across California.
To provide a 10-week training program in partnership with five SF Bay Area community colleges, focusing on entrepreneurship skills and business development.
To offer access to capital and resources, enabling participants to successfully own, operate, and grow small businesses in California.

To develop a skilled pipeline of managerial candidates for the Retail, Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary, and Fashion industries in the LA region.
To enhance the socioeconomic advancement and career trajectories of participants through targeted training and development.
To provide comprehensive training that includes both academic certification and valuable work-based learning experiences for participants.
